Jennifer partners with educators, churches, and organizations to move toward building strong communities through compassionate and collaborative partnerships. Her embodied practice engages story in the context of shame and resilience. She believes that inner work is essential for anti-racist action, and that change is both urgent and slow. With a particular passion for supporting White people in their racial identity journeys, Jennifer fosters a supportive, playful, and open environment for growth. Originally from Baltimore, MD, Jennifer graduated from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in Politics and from Georgia State University with an M.A. in History. For almost two decades, she served as a history teacher and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practitioner at The Westminster Schools in Atlanta. When she’s not reading, she loves to explore with her family and play all kinds of racket sports.
