Dana Roberts is a compassionate leader with 20 plus years of experience in the advocacy and educational space. She is the founding Director of Advocacy & Community Partnerships for KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools. Her heart and advocacy developed with KIPP as the founding Director of Operations at KIPP Woodson Park Academy, located in Grove Park. She is an educational visionary with the heart for the work of servicing the overlooked and underrepresented. Dana is also the co-founder of RedDrop, the first feminine hygiene brand designed specifically to empower school age tweens (www.tryreddrop.com). A native daughter of Atlanta, a proud Atlanta Public Schools graduate, a FAMU Rattler, and the mother of three amazing young people (Sterling 24, Kymani 19, Langston 16), she is blessed to wake up in her calling, advocating for the children of Atlanta, every single day.
